I have asked myself that very question and I now know that yes, there is so much more. This is where I should convince you to trust me because I have what it takes to teach you and lead you, right? Or share with you this phenomenal story of overcoming adversity. In fact, my stories are not extraordinary and I do not feel qualified in the least.
My confidence comes from the realization that God designed my family and He chose me to be my children’s mother and a wife to my husband. He knew that day in and day out, I would screw up and He chose me anyway. Are there other women who would have made a better wife and mother for my family? Some days I certainly think there must be, but God in all His wisdom knew that I was the best woman for the job. I hope this site will encourage you to pursue an intimate relationship with Christ. As I have grown in my relationship with Christ and in my understanding of biblical living, I have become better equipped in my roles as a wife, mother, and friend. I pray this site will be a blessing to you and most importantly will be glorifying to God. |

A Joyful Heart is good medicine. We all need a dose of joy now and again, and it is great to have a joy-friend. A joy-friend is a great mentor. God gives us joy-friends to help us, but as a rule of thumb, He wants us to come to Him. He wants to be our source of joy. May 12
